Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot applications on supported platforms.
• Serve as a subject matter resource and escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Coordinate support, maintenance, and project activities across multiple teams.
• Ensure adherence to Froedtert Health's incident and change management processes and service level agreements.
• Create, maintain, and review system documentation to support troubleshooting, disaster recovery, cross-training, and strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
• Participate in the on-call support rotation and appropriately route or escalate issues.
• Identify and implement process and system improvement opportunities.
• Utilize established project management methodologies and tools to support project delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The base range for this contract position is $60.00 -$85.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors.
