Job Description
Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master for a contract opportunity. This role supports initiatives across business intelligence and analytics, including data platforms, data governance, data integration, and data quality.This is a remote position, and candidates must reside in Wisconsin.
This position works within a collaborative, agile environment and partners closely with stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large, complex enterprise projects involving multiple agile teams using Scrum or other agile methodologies
- Oversee initiatives related to business intelligence and data warehousing
- Apply agile and traditional project management approaches as appropriate to meet project and organizational needs
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables with a focus on consistent value delivery
- Facilitate project meetings, track progress, and provide status reporting
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues
- Support team effectiveness by helping remove obstacles, coordinating resources, and encouraging continuous improvement
- Develop project plans, assign work, monitor progress, and perform quality reviews
- Escalate risks and issues as needed to maintain progress and quality
- Provide leadership for release planning and coordination
- Track and report team progress using tools such as JIRA
- Coordinate system updates and communicate impacts to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Experience managing enterprise-level projects with multiple agile teams
- Experience leading projects related to business intelligence, data warehousing, or analytics
- Knowledge of both agile and traditional project management methodologies
- Experience with project planning, delivery tracking, and risk management
- Familiarity with data management and analytics environments sufficient to collaborate effectively with technical teams
- Experience using agile project management tools such as Jira or similar platforms
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to collaborate across teams and organizational levels
- Experience facilitating teamwork, supporting development, and contributing to a positive team environment
The base range for this contract position is $65.00 - $75.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors.
