We are seeking an AVP of Application Development to lead application delivery and modernization initiatives, with emphasis on cloud, AI‑enabled solutions, low‑code platforms, and core policy administration systems such as Guidewire.
Job Summary
The AVP of Application Development leads application strategy, delivery, and modernization across core insurance and digital platforms. This role oversees multiple teams and portfolios, driving transformation of legacy and policy administration systems, adoption of cloud technologies, and use of AI and low‑code solutions to improve speed, quality, and business outcomes.
The role partners closely with business leaders, architecture, security, and operations to ensure solutions align with enterprise strategy and regulatory requirements.

The base pay range for this position is $30 – $60 per hour, depending on experience. Pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range shown reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for new hires for this position across all U.S. locations.
