Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with our client in Minneapolis, MN.

Our client is seeking a highly Senior Business Systems Analyst to support their Separately Managed Account (SMA) work

Primary Responsibilities:

Strong business analysis capabilities, including requirements gathering and documentation

• Experience working in advisory or wealth management environments
• Familiarity with managed account platforms and model delivery processes
• Self-motivated and able to dig into work independently with minimal supervision or feedback
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with matrixed cross-functional teams and agile delivery environments

Experience:

• 7+ years of BSA/BA experience
• Experience in advisory or wealth management environments (required)
• Strong interpersonal communication skills (written and oral)
• Comfortable working in a highly matrixed environment
• Ability to navigate and solve problems in ambiguous situations
• Testing experience (required)
• Managed Account experience (preferred)

Role Overview:

• BSA role supporting Separately Managed Account (SMA) work
• Requires traditional BSA experience plus Wealth Management/SMA expertise

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as liaison between Business and IT teams
• Document business requirements aligned with user needs
• Translate business requirements into functional/technical requirements
• Perform technical analysis to improve business performance
• Ensure requirements are clear, concise, and complete
• Participate in testing and drive issue resolution
• Support implementation check-out processes
• Develop procedural documentation and user manuals

The base hourly range for this contract position is $60-90 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors.
