Job Overview :
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the gaming keyboard category within the hardware Product Management group. You will leverage your understanding of gamers’ needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape to create innovative and impactful products. Reporting to the Head of Category Management, this role involves driving the product vision, managing product lifecycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring exciting products to market.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the product roadmap for the gaming keyboard category.
-Conduct market research to identify trends, user needs, and pain points.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer insights into actionable product concepts.
-Drive go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
-Present product concepts and roadmaps to senior leadership for approval.
-Act as the voice of the consumer, ensuring products meet gamers’ needs.
-Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products.
Qualifications Experience:
-5+ years in product management, preferably in consumer electronics or gaming.
Education:
-Degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design, Marketing, or equivalent.
Technical Expertise:
-Deep knowledge of keyboards, technology, and trends.
Skills:
-Proven ability to launch products, manage multiple projects, and thrive in ambiguity.
Mindset:

Milestones
Within 1 Month:
Conduct in-depth consumer research to understand gamer needs. Learn product development processes and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Within 3 Months:
Propose solutions to identified consumer pain points. Collaborate with product development leads to create detailed product concepts.
Within 9 Months:
Have a finalized product roadmap approved by senior management.
Begin active product development and plan for market launch.
