Job Description

Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking an IT Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Front of House and hotel technology projects in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, hotel operations, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Gather requirements, manage timelines, track risks/dependencies, and provide regular project updates.
• Support implementations involving guest-facing technologies such as POS systems, kiosks, digital signage, and hospitality applications.
• Drive issue resolution and ensure projects remain aligned with operational and guest experience goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Experience supporting hospitality, hotel, casino, restaurant, or other customer-facing operational environments.
• Experience managing Front of House (FOH) or guest-facing technology projects.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders while effectively managing project risks and priorities.
• Must have enough technical acumen to confidently work with engineers and vendors.
• Local Las Vegas candidates only — onsite 4 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hospitality technologies such as POS systems, kiosks, digital signage, or hotel operational systems.
• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.
• Hospitality or casino industry experience strongly preferred.
• PMP certification or related project management certifications are a plus.
