Job Description
Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking an IT Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Manage Front of House and hotel technology projects in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, hotel operations, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Gather requirements, manage timelines, track risks/dependencies, and provide regular project updates.
- Support implementations involving guest-facing technologies such as POS systems, kiosks, digital signage, and hospitality applications.
- Drive issue resolution and ensure projects remain aligned with operational and guest experience goals.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT Project Management experience.
- Experience supporting hospitality, hotel, casino, restaurant, or other customer-facing operational environments.
- Experience managing Front of House (FOH) or guest-facing technology projects.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders while effectively managing project risks and priorities.
- Must have enough technical acumen to confidently work with engineers and vendors.
- Local Las Vegas candidates only — onsite 4 days per week.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with hospitality technologies such as POS systems, kiosks, digital signage, or hotel operational systems.
- Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.
- Hospitality or casino industry experience strongly preferred.
- PMP certification or related project management certifications are a plus.
