Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of application support experience within casino gaming environments
• Hands-on experience supporting IGT Genesis CMS, NRT floor systems, Visual Limits, or Samsotech casino systems, including updates, configurations, and production issue resolution in live casino operations
• Experience diagnosing and resolving CMS, floor, and player tracking issues with minimal impact to casino operations
• Exposure to gaming platforms and technologies, including CMS, virtual limits, table systems, and cage operations
• Familiarity with regulated and compliance-driven environments (SOX, PCI, GCB, or similar)
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills; ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred: ITIL or other relevant IT support certifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide onsite application support for casino gaming systems, ensuring minimal downtime and impact to operations
• Monitor, triage, and resolve application incidents; escalate to vendors or internal teams as needed
• Support daily casino operations including slots, CMS, player tracking, and responsible gaming systems
• Perform basic application testing and validation following updates or fixes
• Maintain accurate tickets, SOPs, and documentation in alignment with regulatory and security requirements
