Job Description

Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently looking for two (2) Business Analyst / Application Support to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (preferred).
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a business analyst or support role.
  • Experience working in IT, digital, or infrastructure programs (highly regarded).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proven experience in a business analyst role supporting project delivery.
  • Strong documentation skills with demonstrated experience producing clear, structured, and auditable project artefacts.
  • Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or integrations through to go-live.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycles, change management, and transition to operations.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, delivery-driven environments.
  • Proficiency in standard office productivity tools; experience with project or documentation tools is highly regarded.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with project managers to support end-to-end project delivery, with a focus on readiness for go-live.
  • Gather, evaluate, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for systems and technology initiatives.
  • Produce high-quality project documentation including business and functional requirements; process maps and workflows; system configuration and design documentation; operational and support handover documentation.
  • Act as a central coordination point to ensure all documentation, approvals, and prerequisites are completed prior to go-live.
  • Support project planning by identifying dependencies, risks, assumptions, and impacts related to changes.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to validate requirements and confirm readiness.
  • Support testing activities, including system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring outcomes are documented and signed off.
  • Coordinate go-live activities, including planning, release documentation, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure solutions meet agreed standards for design, security, compliance, and operational support.
  • Support vendor engagement by clarifying requirements, reviewing deliverables, and validating outputs against agreed scope.
