Job Description

Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently looking for two (2) Project Managers to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a Project Management role delivering IT or digital projects.
  • PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent project management certification (highly regarded)
  • Experience within hospitality, accommodation, or other service-based industries (highly regarded).
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple sites and collaborate effectively with on-site operational teams.
  • Proven experience managing IT projects within hospitality, accommodation, retail, or customer-facing environments.
  • Experience delivering system implementations, upgrades, and integrations in operational environments.
  • Strong capability in project planning, scheduling, financial tracking, and vendor management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project (or similar tools).
  • Experience with the implementation of the following is greatly beneficial:
    • SHR Booking Engines and CRS
    • Channel Manager Software
    • Microsoft Dynamics
    • Agilysys Reserve
    • Agilysys Book4Time
    • Ticketmaster
    • Mobile Food Ordering (Opaala)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project manage teams of internal and contract resources to ensure the successful delivery of hospitality IT projects supporting the pre-opening and opening readiness of a new integrated resort
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resourcing
  • Coordinate and track delivery of multiple workstreams, ensuring tasks are completed to agreed timelines and quality standards
  • Act as the primary liaison between IT teams, vendors, operations, and property stakeholders
  • Manage implementation of hospitality technology solutions, including (but not limited to): Booking Engines, OTA Channels Managers, Mobile Food Ordering Systems, Spa, Cabana, Nightclub Reservations Systems, Call Centre Systems, Guestroom Technology
  • Ensure projects align with operational requirements and support a smooth transition to live operations
  • Understand and follow processes and procedures for working in live hospitality environments, minimizing impact to guests and operations
  • Track and manage project sign-offs, ensuring documentation, configuration, training, and handover standards are met
  • Ensure solutions are delivered in line with security, compliance, and operational support requirements
