Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team.


JOB SUMMARY

The project coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the IT PMO by ensuring project managers remain aligned, organized, and efficient across a dynamic portfolio of initiatives. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, can self-manage confidently, and adapts quickly to shifting priorities.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
  • Ability to self-manage, stay focused, and deliver results without constant oversight.
  • Comfortable pivoting quickly as priorities shift.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multiple PMs, cross-functional partners, and technical teams.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar) preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide day-to-day coordination support for multiple Project Managers across active projects and cross-functional workstreams.
  • Maintain project documentation including meeting notes, RAID logs, decision logs, and action trackers to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Assist in preparing project dashboards, status reports, communication updates, and executive summaries.
  • Schedule and facilitate cross-functional meetings, manage agendas, track follow-ups, and ensure timely closure of action items.
  • Support PMs in monitoring project timelines, dependencies, and resource requirements.
  • Help maintain PMO standards, templates, and best practices to ensure consistency across teams.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and misalignments early and escalate to the appropriate PM or lead.
  • Keep teams organized and on track through proactive communication and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting infrastructure projects specifically in the Avaya or call center space is a plus.
  • Hospitality industry experience would be a plus.
