Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking an Organizational Change Manager to join our team.
JOB SUMMARY
This position will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies centered on stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and resistance management. They will act as a primary link between the project team and affected stakeholders, supporting the achievement of sustainable change aligned with program goals. An effective OCM will minimize resistance, speed up adoption, and enhance the long-term ROI of the ERP program.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in organizational change management or project management is required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience leading the change management workstream for enterprise-wide software implementations is required.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated ability to build stakeholder trust and influence decisions
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring abilities
- Skilled in leading change efforts and utilizing change management methodologies
- Well-organized, proactive, and open to feedback

- Experienced in supporting stakeholders through uncertainty and complex changes
PREFERRED
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience in large-scale transformation programs.
- Experience leading the change management workstream for a Workday implementation at an organization with over 10,000 employees.
- PROSCI Certification (e.g. Certified Change Management Practitioner), or similar credential.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a structured change management plan using Prosci ADKAR methodology and the district’s change management guidelines, ensuring alignment with the program’s guiding principles, the district’s goals, and the vendor’s implementation methodology.
- Coordinate strategies across communication, resistance management, coaching, sponsorship, and training
- Collaborate with Project Leadership Team (PLT) and Project Management Office (PMO) to build the case for change.
- Coach district leaders and managers so they can successfully champion the Workday program.
- Identify and engage key stakeholder groups
- Ensure that employees are prepared, supported, and enabled to adopt the new ERP platform - Workday
- Conduct impact analyses, change readiness assessments, and stakeholder mapping. Report findings and recommendations to PLT and PMO
- Co-design and implement communication campaigns and training strategies, in partnership with the program’s Training Lead and Communications team. Ensure messages are tailored to key stakeholder groups.
- Support the development and delivery of project-specific training in collaboration with Training Lead, PMO and Functional Leads
- Identify and address adoption risks, barriers, and resistance
- Evaluate user readiness and recommend mitigation strategies as needed
- Act as a liaison for impacted staff, collecting feedback and responding with appropriate strategies
- Align change management activities with project milestones and delivery plans
- Regularly report on change management effectiveness, adoption metrics, and lessons learned
- Participate in working sessions and provide guidance on change-related issues as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Salary Range: $65-$75/hour
