Junior Law Clerk - Litigation

Our client, a well established law firm located in mid town Toronto seeks a Junior Litigation Law Clerk to join its team. This is a full time permanent role.

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in all facets of a litigation file and to support the team.

1+ years of experience working in a litigation practice and knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure.

Some experience in an Employment Litigation or Personal Injury law practice is preferred.

Some exposure to Small Claims Court Litigation matters is an asset.

A Diploma or Certificate in a Legal Assistant, Law Clerk or Paralegal program is desired.

Strong organizational skills, a 'can do' attitude' and excellent customer service skills are required.

Strong knowledge of MSWord and quick and accurate typing skills are further necessary.
