Our client, a friendly, well established insurance defence boutique located in the core of downtown Toronto, is growing. They are looking to hire an Associate. This is a full time permanent role.
As a member of this outstanding team, you will be exposed to different areas of insurance litigation including a combination of MVA, including Accident Benefits and Tort, Property Damage, RSLA work (Storage & Liens Act).
The ideal candidates will have 2-5 years experience working in Insurance Defence. Tort claims or Accident Benefits experience is preferred.
The demonstrated ability to run your own practice for various insurance company clients and assist senior counsel is also required.
The successful candidate must be able to work independently, understand client protocols and timelines and know how to move files forward and bring to settlement.
A strong command of the English language is essential to being considered for this role.
Primafact and GhostPractice experience would be considered beneficial.
