Associate Lawyer
Downtown Toronto


Our client, preferred litigation counsel for a number of Canadian and international insurers, municipalities, universities/colleges and professionals and private individuals in a variety of insurance related claims is growing.

They are looking to add an associate with 2-7 years of related experience in Ontario to its team. This is a full time permanent position. This firm is located in the core of downtown Toronto.

As a member of this outstanding team, you will  have the opportunity to be involved in Accident Benefits litigation, Insurance Defence with exposure to complex bodily injury, property damage, occupiers’ liability, product liability and claims involving sexual abuse  including class actions and Insurance Coverage with exposure to coverage litigation.

The successful candidate must be able to work independently, understand client protocols and timelines and know how to move files forward. Superior writing and organizational abilities with the right balance of advocacy, legal and interpersonal skills is essential.
