Law Clerk - Commercial Real EstateDon Mills & Lawrence
Our client, a mid size law firm, located in North Toronto, is in need of a Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk to join its friendly and dynamic team. This is a full time permanent position.
This role will report primarily to one senior lawyer. You will be involved with transactions involving the purchase and sale of commercial properties and lending work.
2+ years of related experience is required.
Client is open to training a bright and dynamic candidate with residential real estate experience.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written and the ability to multi task and prioritize are further necessary. Strong organizational skills is a must.
