Legal Assistant/Law Clerk - Personal Injury

Burlington ON

Our client, personal injury law firm currently located in Burlington is in need of two Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Clerk/Legal Assistants to join its team.

Key Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience. This client will consider a plaintiff personal injury or insurance defence background;
  • Strong knowledge in the areas of Tort or Accident Benefits or both. Will train in area not experienced in;
  • Strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, the ability to multi-task, as well as keeping the ball rolling on files;
  • Strong communication skills and an upbeat and energetic demeanour;
  • The ability to deal with clients and opposing counsel in a professional manner;
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills.

Work from Home available once probation successfully passed - up to 4 days remote!
