Law Clerk - Commercial Real Estate
Downtown Toronto
Our client, a vibrant and highly regarded mid size law firm located in the core of downtown Toronto is in need of a Real Estate Law Clerk to join its team. This is a firm that enjoys a very low turnover of staff.
In this role you will be involved in work related to commercial real estate transactions.
In this role you will:
- Manage and complete purchase, sales, refinancing, and mortgage files
- Conduct title/off-title searches
- Draft and coordinate documents required for closing
- Drafting of various internal and external correspondence
Required:
- Minimum of 3+ years of real estate experience
- Law Clerk Diploma required
- Strong technical skills in Conveyancer, MS Word and Outlook
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills, attention to detail with the ability to manage conflicting priorities, while respecting tight deadlines
