Law Clerk - Commercial Real Estate 
Downtown Toronto

Our client, a vibrant and highly regarded mid size law firm located in the core of downtown Toronto is in need of a Real Estate Law Clerk to join its team. This is a firm that enjoys a very low turnover of staff.

In this role you will be involved in work related to  commercial real estate transactions. 

In this role you will:

  • Manage and complete purchase, sales, refinancing,  and mortgage files 
  • Conduct title/off-title searches
  • Draft and coordinate documents required for closing
  • Drafting of various internal and external correspondence
Required:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of real estate experience
  • Law Clerk Diploma required
  • Strong technical skills in Conveyancer, MS Word and Outlook
  • Excellent oral and written skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, attention to detail with the ability to manage conflicting priorities, while respecting tight deadlines
