Legal Assistant - Real Estate
Downtown Toronto

Our client, an outstanding law firm with offices in the core of downtown Toronto, is in need of a Legal Assistant who has experience in the areas of Lending and Real Estate.

Intermediate to Senior Level experience is required.

The successful candidate must be able to:

  • Deal with Record Books and Closing Books
  • Handle accounting matters – therefore an affinity for numbers and experience with Excel is a must
  • Organize and prioritize work
  • Face each day with a positive and can-do attitude
  • Use software in superior manner:  manipulate TOCs, pdfs, tables etc

While heavy documentation and drafting of legal documents is not a current requirement in this role, experience in these areas would be considered an asset.
