Junior Legal Assistant
Richmond Hill

Our client, a friendly general law practice, is growing and in need of a junior legal assistant to join its team.

This is an exciting opportunity to get your foot in the door of a cohesive and team oriented law firm.

In this role you will be involved in the daily administrative and legal assistant tasks relating to its busy real estate practice.

Duties and responsibilities will include: Opening and closing files, dealing with couriers, mail, copying, scanning, filings and other administrative tasks, assisting the other lawyers and law clerks as required, answering incoming calls, managing the intake of work and maintaining the calendar and critical dates of transactions. In addition you will be responsible for processing reporting letters and reports and any other post closing related documents. 

Ability to speak Farsi is an asset along with knowledge of PCLaw, Conveyancer/Unity and Teraview. Strong administrative, organization and attention to detail is further required.
