The Lincoln Group has partnered with a local company in search of a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team!

Type of Hire: Temp to Hire

Title: Full Charge Bookkeeper

Location: Five Cities, CA 

Work Schedule: Monday- Friday, 20-30 hours a week. 

Compensation: $25-$33

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper who will be responsible for managing all aspects of our accounting operations, including the preparation of financial statements, budgeting, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Manage bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Perform month-end and year-end close processes
- Handle tax preparation and filings
- Provide financial analysis and reports to management

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper
- Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience
