The Lincoln Group has partnered with a local company in search of a Diesel Equipment Technician to join their team!

Type of Hire: Temp to Hire/Direct Hire

Title: Diesel Equipment Technician

Location: Oxnard, CA 

Work Schedule: Monday- Friday and occasional Saturday’s

Compensation: $30-$40

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
 The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various Agriculture equipment. Key responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair equipment and systems as required.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment longevity.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills:
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude with Diesel Automotive and equipment.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Agriculture equipment repair.
- Certification or technical training in relevant fields.
