Job Description

Lincoln Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering / Maintenance Manager to join our team near Columbia, SC. Our client is one of the largest manufacturers of healthcare products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, facilities, and engineering operations to ensure optimal performance of our facilities and equipment.

Type of Hire: Direct Hire
Title: Engineering / Maintenance Manager
Location: Columbia, SC
Compensation: $110,000 to 150,000
Relocation available

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods.
- Plan and manage all maintenance operations including preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage budgets and control costs within the maintenance department.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and project completion.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment and facilities.
- Optimize equipment performance and reliability through continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in maintenance management and engineering.
- Strong knowledge of machinery, equipment maintenance, and engineering principles.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure
