The Lincoln Group has partnered with a client in the agriculture industry, in search of an Administrative Coordinator to join their team in Paso Robles, CA! 

 

Type of Hire: Contract to Hire

Title: Administrative Coordinator
Location: Paso Robles, CA

Work Schedule: Day Shift

Compensation: $22.00-$25.00

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

  • Handle various office tasks, such as organizing and filing documents
  • Create copies of inventory receipts, bills of lading, and other paperwork
  • Prepare product receipts for incoming inventory
  • Execute month-end procedures as specified by the Division Office
  • Answer phone calls with politeness and professionalism
  • Order necessary supplies and forms
  • Accurately process invoices (using the ARS system, separating, filing, etc.)
  • Enter customer checks on a daily basis
  • Input and code vendor invoices in the Accounts Payable system
  • Aid in the orientation and paperwork for new employees
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned

 

REQUIREMENTS

  •  High school diploma or equivalent  
  • 1+ years related experience  
  • Ability to move 25 – 30 pounds  
  • Computer literate – Microsoft Office
