Requirements:

• Current full, unrestricted Registered Nursing license in Alaska or other U.S. state required
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• BLS Certification
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or associate's degree (required)
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS instructor certification preferred OR must be obtained within 1 year after hire
• At least 3 years working in direct patient care
• 2 years experience in an acute care setting. Hospital setting preferred
• 2 years experience as a clinical trainer or equivalent supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of Hospital Accreditation, CMS standards, DNV, and State of Alaska Board of Nursing rules and regulations
• Electronic health records systems
