The work hours will be 9am-5pm Monday -Friday with half hour unpaid lunch.
There is no parking lot at 55 Hanson Place. On street parking or paid parking at your expense.
Job Description:
Responsible for monitoring the use of Brooklyn CMSO vehicles and completing monthly mileage Sheets. Arrange for vehicle repairs and oil changes.
Reconcile all purchase cards in SFS: P-card, Net card, and Travelcard. Complete the monthly MAST for approval. Complete End of Month bank account and statement.
Greet visitors after buzzing them in, and ensure they sign in and out. Answer phones, take messages and check voice messages. Check and send mail, fax, and shred, assist with family night program and special events, Create purchase orders via SFS, log incoming and outgoing records, Schedule UPS pickups, record team meetings, and Submit work orders to OGS.
Maintain, update, and send a 30-day notice of staff training, and evaluations. Assist in office supervisor with a monthly report and send a reminder.
Additional assignments may be added or deleted depending of the needs of the office.
