Job Description
Hours are 8:30 5 Monday Friday; the office is closed on state holidays.
This person will act as an office assistant for the counseling staff there, to assist with clerical tasks such as data entry and error resolution in existing participant cases to ensure compliance, opening new cases, verifying appointments, filing paper and electronic documents, assisting/creating authorizations for service, sending communications via email and US Mail, etc. Mail clerk duties (incoming and outgoing mail) as well as monitoring office supply inventory will also be included in the job duties.
The office requires reception duty to answer phones, greet participants, and answer general questions regarding our services. The person who fills this position will be expected to take on other reasonable administrative/clerical duties as needed.
