Job Description

Project/Program:

Criminal History Review System (CHRS).

This consultant will be responsible for the full range of activities related to IBM FileNet products. This individual will support OCFS and the Criminal History Review System (CHRS) application which uses FileNet and .Net infrastructure. CHRS is a mission critical application, which interfaces with many other entities. Perform various SSDLC phases: Requirement Gathering, Functional Specification, Design, Program Specification, use case designing, Coding, Testing and Documentation, UAT support and Production Support.

Day-to-day Tasks:

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Complex application deployment in Windows/Linux server environments.
  • FileNet administration that includes Content Process engines (CPE), Web Sphere, Java, REST API.
  • Content Navigator, Datacap, and Case Manager 5.3
  • Net Core, Blazor,C#, Radzen controls
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for day-to-day operations and issue resolution
  • Drive requirements elicitation and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Optimize application performance, including database queries and backend processing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure teams
  • Consolidate testing efforts by designing and executing test strategies, performing unit/integration/regression testing, supporting UAT, identifying and resolving defects.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Software Architect –

Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large scale software system.

Expert:

84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Requested Qualifications:

  • 84 months experience supporting Filenet, resolve product issues with enterprise teams, configuring IBM WebSphere and IBM Content Navigator application environments in a Windows and a Linux environment.
  • 84 months experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration including development of secure SOAP/Restful web-services.
  • 84 months experience in Oracle 19c designing relational databases, data modelling & deployment of SQL objects, PL/SQL coding and debugging, creating stored procedures & packages, triggers, writing & testing complex SQL queries.
  • 84 months experience with deploying and supporting the IBM/FileNet Content Process Engine(CPE)
  • 72 months experience developing and implementing tiered .NET applications leveraging ASP.NET, ASPOSE, HTML5, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and Cascading Style Sheet to build responsive user interfaces
  • 84 months experience working directly with customers to identify their business processes, rules, and application user requirements. Utilize ITSM service now for product incidents and service request management.
  • Bachelor’s degree - in Computer Science related field.
