Project/Program:DVIS (Domestic Violence Information System)
This consultant will lead development, reporting, testing, and implementation efforts for the Domestic Violence Information System (DVIS), serving as the primary technical point of contact and driving day-to-day engineering activities to ensure system stability, performance, and scalability.
Day-to-Day Tasks: Handle development, reporting, testing, and implementation activities for DVIS
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for day-to-day operations and issue resolution
Apply advanced expertise in .NET technologies (ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core) and Oracle SQL
Drive requirements elicitation and translate business needs into technical solutions
Analyze, design, and author detailed technical specifications for programs and processes
Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with external/internal systems and services
Optimize application performance, including database queries and backend processing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA, and infrastructure teams
Consolidate testing efforts by designing and executing test strategies, performing unit/integration/regression testing, supporting UAT, and identifying and resolving defects.
Mandatory Qualification:Systems Developer -
Develops and implements applications and programs for the backend processing systems used in businesses and organizations.
Expert -
84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the
top of his/her field.
Requested Qualifications:- 84 months experience developing and implementing multi-tier .NET applications leveraging ASP.NET (4.0 & above) MVC design pattern.
- 84 months experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration including development of secure .NET web-services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) and SOAP/Restful APIs.
- 84 months experience in Oracle designing relational databases, data modelling & deployment of SQL objects, PL/SQL coding and debugging, creating XML type stored procedures & packages, writing & testing complex SQL queries.
- 72 months experience designing, developing, and deploying .NET Core web applications using C# code
- 84 months experience in utilizing HTML5, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and Cascading Style Sheet client-side technologies to build responsive user interfaces.
- 72 months experience developing analytical and statistical reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Bachelors degree - in Computer Science related field
