Grants Management.
This Expert IT Specialist will support enterprise grantmaking activities statewide through both the Statewide Financial System and Agency-specific legacy systems. The consultants in this title support State agencies and the public with work such as configuring RFPs in an enterprise or agency-specific systems, as well as assisting with contracts, progress reports, payments, reporting, and prequalification, as well as testing and reporting system defects and fixes in those systems. They provide training and technical assistance on the systems to State Agency staff and vendors. When needed, they assist Grants Management leadership develop adjunct or different systems to assist other State agencies, like the OCM eGrants project.

Mandatory Qualifications:
IT Specialist
Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.
Expert:
84+ Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
