Project/Program:

CUNY Work - Workday Deployment of HR and Finance Modules

Workday Report Developer with expertise in BIRT, PRISM Analytics, and Workday reporting frameworks supporting HCM and Finance analytics and business insights.

Day-to-day Tasks:

The Selected candidate will:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions across HCM and Finance modules.
• Leverage BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools) to build pixel perfect reports, operational reports, and check designs.
• Utilize Workday PRISM Analytics for data ingestion, transformation, and advanced reporting.
• Collaborate with HCM, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop calculated fields, custom reports, matrix reports, and composite reports within Workday.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting outputs.
• Optimize report performance and troubleshoot reporting issues
• Support Workday releases by assessing impact and updating reports as needed.
• Provide documentation, training, and ongoing support to end users.

Creates computer software. May specialize in one area of computer software or may write code for many kinds of software.

Expert:

84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Requested Qualifications:

• 84 Months of experience working with Workday reporting tools.
• 84 Months of experience working with BIRT reporting (including check design, customer invoices).
• 84 Months of experience working with Workday PRISM Analytics
• 84 Months of experience working with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards.
• 84 Months of experience working with Workday HCM and Workday Financials data models
• 84 Months of experience working with data integration concepts (ETL processes, data mapping)
• 84 Months of experience utilizing Workday Reporting and/or PRISM Analytics, with a current Workday certification in either area
• 84 Months of experience working with Workday Studio, EIBS or integrations
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 84 months of experience in working with SQL and data warehousing concepts, security configurations and data governance in Workday.
