Data Warehouse Developer 

Minimum Qualifications to Propose
The Consultant candidate must have:
B1. the availability to begin work on the Anticipated Commencement of Work Date stated in Section 1.0 (Calendar of Events) and for a minimum of six months;
B2. at least one year’s experience developing complex reports in Oracle BI Publisher using Microsoft Word to design the layout;
B3. at least three years’ experience using OBIEE in a multi-user development environment (“MUDE”) developing within the Repository Database (“RPD”) and creating dashboards and analyses;
B4. at least three years’ experience performing ETL development using an ETL development tool such as Oracle Warehouse Builder, Attunity Compose, Informatica PowerCenter, Pentaho Data Integration, Oracle Data Integration, or Talend Data Integration;
B5. at least five years’ experience performing Oracle database development using SQL and PL/SQL;
B6. at least two years’ experience tuning SQL for performance within an Oracle environment; and
B7. at least three years’ experience modeling data for reporting and analytics.

Preferred Qualifications
While not required, OSC will give additional consideration to Proposers whose Consultant candidate has:
B8. additional years of experience beyond what is required to meet Minimum Qualification B3;
B9. additional years of experience beyond what is required to meet Minimum Qualification B4;
B10. additional years of experience beyond what is required to meet Minimum Qualification B5; and
B11. experience performing ETL development using Attunity Compose.
