Software Architect for the maintenance and enhancement of XML Gateway, IAF, and OTDA Splunk Dashboards

Day to Day:

This position will be responsible for guiding SOA web services for OTDA application. Will support team creating the self-service site. Activities include performing and/or supporting:

- Create self-service platform.
- Define logging, auditing, and alerts for monitoring and problem resolution
- Design and develop schema definitions and transformation using XSLT
- Support service migrations
- Manage the technical project work; work plans, status updates, etc.
- Database application code and data analysis using Oracle database technology

Mandatory Qualifications:

Software Architect: Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a largescale software system.

Expert: 84+ Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Requested Qualifications:

- 84 months of experience designing secure applications. Experience should include the use of security APIs, transport and message layer security, encryption and decryption algorithms for data security. 
- 60 months of experience as a senior architect on project utilizing SOA principles
- 60 months of experience with web services utilizing WS-I standards, including WS-Security. 
- 60 months of experience virtualizing web services on Akana platform. 
- Certified SOA Professional 
- 48 months of experience with XSLT
- 24 months of experience on mainframe financial and/or eligibility systems.
