Project/Program:
SFS
Systems Architect for the Statewide Financial System. This position is within the Procure-to-Pay Application (PTP) Bureau of the SFS Business Solutions Division.
Day - to - Day tasks:
The consultant will be performing business analysis activities working in conjunction with the development team.
- Prepare Software Requirements.
- Write Functional Specifications.
- Write Test Scripts.
- Execute Test Scripts.
- Liaise with users and developers.
- Prepare and present analysis and solution options to management.
- Special projects as required.
-Write and use medium to complex SQL to retrieve and analyze data.
Mandatory Qualification:
Systems Architect -
Defines the architecture of a computerized system (i.e., a system composed of software and hardware) in order to fulfill certain requirement, including a breakdown of the system into components, the component interactions and interfaces (including with the environment, especially the user), and the technologies and resources to be used in the design.
Expert -
84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
Requested Qualifications:
- 84 Months of experience performing business analysis activities (Functional Analysis and Design, Business Process Definition, Requirements Management, Writing and Executing Test Scripts)
- 60 months of experience performing software analysis in a PeopleSoft 9.2 FINANCIALS ERP. Experience with PeopleSoft HCM and/or Campus Solutions does NOT qualify.
- 12 months of experience as a functional analyst supporting Oracle PeopleSoft Financials Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Contract Management (SCM) modules, eSupplier and vendor functionality. Provide specific details related to Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Contract Management experience including projects, dates and your role in the projects as well as any experience with grant-related agreements with vendors.
- 12 months of experience as a functional analyst supporting Oracle PeopleSoft Financials Procurement related modules including eProcurement, Purchasing, and/or integration between procurement and Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) modules. Provide specific details of procurement related experience.
