Job Description:
Provide support for child welfare applications and initiatives.
Day to Day:
Day to Day tasks to be performed by candidate include:
• Provide CONNECTIONS user support via in-person, email and telephone
• provide direct, on-site instruction to individual users and small groups
• provide instruction on newly released functionality
• deliver presentations to line staff
• monitor compliance with data entry requirements
• review training materials
• provide technical assistance with data warehouse
Mandatory Qualifications:
IT Specialist: Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.
Mid-Level: 36 - 60 months: Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance.
Requested Qualifications:
- 36 months of experience providing IT support to users.
- 36 months of experience providing implementation support services.
- 18 months of experience providing onsite systems support in a child welfare environment. Child welfare is defined as child protective, foster care/permanency or preventive services.
- 18 months of experience in training staff in a child welfare application. Child welfare is defined as child protective, foster care / permanency or preventive services.
