Job Description:

Provide PM Leadership. PMs need to work with other PMs and BAs as well as Business Owners to align with all strategic goals of the agency. Role is responsible for defining project objectives, creating schedules, and allocating resources to ensure successful delivery through PM principles.

Day to Day:

Manage SDLC and PM activities for OASAS as required. Role is responsible for defining project objectives, creating schedules, and allocating resources to ensure successful delivery. Project managers coordinate and communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to keep everyone informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle. They monitor progress, identify risks, and implement strategies to mitigate issues that may arise. Additionally, the PM manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within budget constraints. They also facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes to address challenges and obstacles. Ultimately, will drive project success by effectively managing resources, timelines, and deliverables while meeting project objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Project Manager: Plans, organizes and integrates cross-functional information technology projects that are significant in scope and impact.

Expert: 84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Requested Qualifications:

- 84 Months Experience as a Project Manager, managing project execution and control, including maintaining project budgets, Microsoft project schedules, scope, requirements, status reports, communication plans, and quality standards.
- 84 Months Experience as a Lead Project Manager using the Secure Software Development Lifecycle including the use of Planning, Analysis, Design & Development, Implementation, Testing and Release to Production activities for new software implementations.
- 60 Months Project Management experience implementing Electronic Medical Record healthcare related projects which contain Health Care data that falls under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).
- 48 Months Experience providing technical support, implementation of version upgrades, installations, configurations, custom development, triage and troubleshooting incidents, and testing. This can be measured by traceability matrix utilization concepts articulated in resume.
- 60 Months Experience managing Data Warehouse application development projects including reports generation and application integration. 
- 60 Months Experience managing application development projects that include commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products
- 60 Months Experience managing multiple projects on varied platforms simultaneously, such as infrastructure projects, data warehouse projects, and application development projects
- 60 Months Experience working on projects where responsible for gathering server and database requirements for multiple environments.
- 48 Months Experience managing Project Management functions in Service Now Project Management Software to update and maintain project management records, such as start/end date, estimates, cost plan, change request, maintain milestones, enter status report, etc
- 48 Months Project Management experience leading projects with direct stakeholder involvement at state government director level and above. 
- 24 Months Experience in managing projects involving more than one state agency.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
