Job Description:
Provide support for child welfare applications and initiatives.
Day to Day:
Day to Day tasks to be performed by candidate include:
• Provide CONNECTIONS user support via in-person, email and telephone
• Provide direct, on-site instruction to individual users and small groups
• Provide instruction on newly released functionality
• Deliver presentations to line staff
• Monitor compliance with data entry requirements
• Review training materials
• Provide technical assistance with data warehouse
Mandatory Qualifications:
IT Specialist: Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.
Mid-Level: 36 - 60 months: Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance.
Requested Qualifications:
- 44 months of experience providing IT support in a Child Welfare environment. Child welfare is defined as child protective, foster care / permanency or preventive services.
- 44 months of experience providing implementation support services for new application builds in a child welfare environment. Child welfare is defined as child protective, foster care / permanency or preventive services.
- 44 months of experience providing on-site user support for a large scale (15k + users) distributed child welfare application. Child welfare is defined as child protective, foster care / permanency or preventive services.
- 44 months of experience working on a large scale (15k+ users) roll out starting with a needs assessment, moving to production rollout and ending with ongoing support.
- Bachelor’s Degree
