File Clerk
The primary responsibilities of the file clerk position are to sort, file and search license and records paperwork and input information into various computer systems.
File correspondence, cards, invoices, receipts, and other records in alphabetical or numerical order or according to the filing system used.
Locate and remove material from file when requested. Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.
Many of the tasks involve spending a significant amount of time standing and/or walking.
All temps must be fingerprinted prior to working in a DMV facility. DMV will pay for fingerprinting services.
