Project/Program: Home Care Services Worker Registry
This Software Developer position will function as lead developer supporting the Home Care Services Worker Registry for DOH.

Day-to-Day Tasks:
Tasks may include but are not limited to the following:
- Development and/or modification of technical and/or design specifications, technical writing and documentation.
- Analysis of existing code for enhancement planning, defect remediation and technical upgrades.
- Maintenance of web applications at the user interface, business logic and data access layers.
- Software development tasks including coding, testing, and implementation.

Mandatory Qualification:
Software Developer -
Is involved with all facets of the software development process, including the research, design, programming, testing and implementation of computer software.

Expert -
84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Requested Qualifications:
- 84 Months of experience in object oriented analysis and design (OOAD) in designing and implementing information technology solutions using the Java programming language.
- 84 Months of experience in Oracle PL/SQL and developing procedures and packages.
- 48 Months of experience in using the Struts 2 MVC framework.
- 24 Months of experience in using the Spring MVC framework.
- 24 Months of experience using JavaScript frameworks.
- 12 Months of experience building and maintaining Responsive Web applications.
- 12 Months of experience developing Java Web Services (REST and SOAP).
