Project: PRJ0251612 - PeopleSoft NYBEAS Financials Upgrade

Provide application support for current PeopleSoft Applications and assist with the design, upgrade and implement solutions for NYBEAS Financials application.

Day-to-Day Tasks:
1) Perform as a PeopleSoft techno functional analyst, who can perform both technical and functional tasks.
2) Setup and maintain configuration/base tables and troubleshoot configuration issues related to Billing, eBill Payment, AR, and GL
3) Perform Fit-gap analysis
4) Write Functional Specifications
5) Code PeopleSoft financials modifications using the PeopleSoft development tools.
6) Communicate with users to gather requirements for projects and enhancements to the production system.
7) Perform functional analysis and estimates for enhancement requests.
8) Perform the upgrade on peopletools and peoplesoft application.
9) Perform complete lifecycle testing and document the code changes.
10) Perform tuning for slow running processes.
11) Prepare user training material.
12) Provide Techno Functional guidance for system upgrade activities.
13) Provide weekly Status reports.

Mandatory Qualifications:
- IT Specialist: Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.
- Expert: 84+ Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Requested Qualifications:
- 84 months of functional experience performing Peoplesoft FSCM (AR, Billing, eBill Payment, and GL) implementations including requirements gathering and producing functional specifications. 
- 84 months of experience in performing Peoplesoft FSCM upgrades, fit gap analysis, and retrofitting the customizations. 
- 72 months of experience in Oracle 19c or higher databases. This includes designing Tables, Triggers, Stored Procedures and writing SQL. 
- 72 months of experience in creating Crystal Reports and BI Publisher reports. 
- 60 months of experience in creating Test plans and Test scripts.
