Job Description
Our client is seeking a Manager, HR Operations and will support the coordination and execution of HR strategy, services, policies, and programs for manufacturing operations in their Western Canadian locations. You will act as a trusted advisor to assigned client groups and work closely with all internal and external stakeholders.

Strong communication and organizational skills, combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team collaboration, are essential for success.
Duties will include but not be limited to;
- Lead, mentor, and develop a dynamic and high-performing HR team
- Consistent implementation and review of HR policies and programs
- Development of workforce plans while partnering with TA to provide full-cycle recruitment support, including strategy development, direct sourcing and reporting
- Act as HR representation in weekly program review meetings
- Drive employee engagement via surveys, communication of results, and developing follow-up action plans aligned with strategic objectives
- Lead execution of core HR programs including performance management, compensation cycles, succession planning, and workforce planning
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPHR designation is an asset). A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
