Job Description

Our client, a highly successful and established infrastructure organization is seeking a Contract Analyst to join their busy and growing team. This is a newly created position due to growth. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years progressive experience in contracts and insurance administration.

Reporting to the CSuite, your duties will include but not be limited to;

• Working closely with the CFO, Business Development, Estimating and Operations team
• Review and improvements of contract clauses, negotiations and procurement processes
• Ability to resolve complex contract issues in a timely and professional manner adhering to organization compliance and policies
• Ensuring appropriate, thorough and accurate contract documentation
• Review, draft and revision of contracts
• Tracking of contract lifecycles
• Identifying areas of risk and opportunity
• Additional duties as required
