Job Description

Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Process M&R Documents: These documents need to be named, analyzed and matched to a work order in the work management system in order for design and billing purposes.
  • Perform clerical work and related duties for the M&R Supervisor as assigned • Assist with the completion and upkeep of M&R document management system

- In office 5 days a week-Providence, RI 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Qualifications:

  • Proficiency working on a PC with Windows 10 and with Microsoft's Office suite
  • Excellent typing/data entry skills; type approximately 25 words per minute
  • Ability to speak, read, and understand English with enough fluency to correctly identify relevant info in the source document
  • Must have the ability to converse intelligently in a pleasant, understandable, and helpful manner with department staff, internal and external customers
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Organized and be able to prioritize tasks
  • Experience working with legal docs would be a major plus but is not required
  • Education requirement is a high school diploma/GED or higher
  • Must possess and maintain valid drivers’ license with no restrictions on hours of operations
  • Experience with GIS or AutoCAD would be a plus but not required
  • Experience in utilities would be a plus but not required
