Contract Length: 6–8 months (with potential for extension and/or conversion to a permanent role)
Pay Range: $24–$31 per hour
We’re seeking a Facilities Implementation Assistant to support the rollout of a new Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), FMX. This role supports the preparation of clean, accurate campus data and assists with system setup to ensure a successful launch.
The position blends administrative work with hands-on support, working closely with Facilities leadership, Property teams, and trade partners to validate assets, map locations, and build workflows that support long-term facilities operations.
Provide administrative support related to the CMMS implementation
Assist with asset and inventory audits, including data cleanup, verification, and organizing import-ready datasets
Count and validate physical inventory against system records
Update and maintain spreadsheets and standardized data structures
Validate campus locations, naming conventions, and floorplans
Support labeling efforts and interactive mapping preparation
Assist with the creation of SOPs, quick-start guides, and training materials
Help configure and test FMX workflows, request types, preventive maintenance schedules, and system settings (routing, notifications, SLAs, permissions)
Support the transition from Jira to FMX, including documentation and knowledge transfer
Perform data review and cross-checking for operational logs, including assets, inventory, furniture, artwork, and campus materials
Complete additional tasks as needed to support the implementation effort
Experience supporting a CMMS or facilities system implementation (FMX preferred; similar platforms welcome)
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to organize, clean, and validate large datasets
Proficient in Excel and comfortable working within standardized data structures and processes
Ability to balance administrative tasks with hands-on verification and auditing work
Strong collaboration skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a high level of ownership and accountability
Non-smoker
Verifiable work history with strong tenure in previous roles
