Schedule: 5:15 pm–5:30 am | Rotating 12-hour shift (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off)
Pay: $51.95/hr + $0.60/hr night shift differential
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician IV for its night shift operations. This role includes a 3–5 week paid training period on day shift before transitioning into the regular 12-hour rotating schedule. Position Responsibilities
Maintain and repair motors, starters, drives, lighting, and med–low voltage electrical systems across the facility
Follow NEC and internal safety standards, including PPE, JSA, LOTO, and Confined Space procedures
Replace, troubleshoot, calibrate, and clean electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems
Use testing equipment to diagnose issues in EI systems throughout the plant
Perform maintenance on instrumentation measuring flow, temperature, pressure, and conductivity
Respond to both preventive and emergency work orders
Maintain housekeeping in work areas
Communicate daily with team leaders and management regarding tasks and findings
Enter data into the CMMS system as required
Report safety and environmental concerns promptly
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 8 years of industrial electrical experience, including:
Preventive maintenance, calibration, and installation of electrical/electronic/instrumentation systems
Work with AC/DC systems, motors, drives, lighting, power supply wiring, transformers, PLCs, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Must pass an industrial electrical written and practical test
Must pass:
Criminal background check

Completion of an electrical/instrumentation apprenticeship preferred
Proficiency in English (reading, writing) and basic math
Must be able to communicate effectively in English
Physical Requirements
Must be able to wear respiratory protection in production areas
Ability to climb and work at various heights
Ability to work in PPE in high-heat environments
