Job Title: Barista – Service Specialist
Location: St. Petersburg, FL
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Barista – Service Specialist to join our team. This individual will provide high-quality coffee and food service, assist with daily operations, and help create a welcoming experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, breakfast, and lunch items
• Restock grab-and-go products and maintain inventory
• Assist customers with checkout and provide excellent service
• Support setup and service for events and catered lunches
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house environment

Qualifications:

• Previous barista experience preferred
• Outgoing, personable, and professional demeanor
• Strong customer service skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• High school diploma or equivalent (degree a plus)

Work Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
• Some shifts may start as early as 6:30 AM and end by 4:30 PM
• Shorter hours on Fridays
