Leasing Consultant
Location: Tallahassee, FL
Position Type: Direct, Permanent Placement
Pay: $18/hour + Rental Reduction (up to 40%)

What You’ll Do

Sales & Leasing

• Greet and tour prospective residents, showcasing property features and floorplans

• Employ consultative selling techniques to meet and exceed occupancy goals

• Process applications, lease documents, and security deposits accurately

Marketing & Outreach

• Plan and execute on-site and digital marketing initiatives to drive leasing traffic

• Cultivate referral relationships with local businesses and apartment locators

• Track competitor offerings and recommend adjustments to specials or pricing

Resident Relations & Retention

• Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries and concerns

• Support lease renewals and resident retention programs

• Assist with rent collection and follow up on any delinquencies

Property Operations & Compliance

• Ensure all model and vacant units are move-in ready and reflect company standards

• Maintain organized, up-to-date resident and operational records

• Adhere to Fair Housing laws, leasing policies, and local landlord-tenant regulations

What You Bring

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in multifamily leasing or property management

• Current Status: Must be actively working as a Leasing Consultant or have held that role within the last 12 months

• Tech Skills: Proficiency with RealPage, LRO, Entrata, or similar property-management software

• People Skills: Exceptional customer service and clear written/verbal communication

• Logistics: Valid driver’s license; bilingual candidates encouraged

• Education: College degree preferred but not required
