Mechanical Assembly Technician
Location: Tampa, FL
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role
We’re seeking a hands-on Mechanical Assembly Technician to build and test 80/20 aluminum extrusion frameworks and pneumatic valve manifolds. This position is based on-site in Tampa, FL, and plays a vital part in our production process.

What You’ll Do
• Assemble 80/20 aluminum extrusion structures exactly to engineering drawings and specifications
• Construct and bench-test pneumatic valve manifolds and harnesses to verify proper operation
• Perform quality inspections on completed assemblies, checking measurements and adherence to standards
• Receive, inspect, and inventory incoming 80/20 components; track usage and maintain accurate records
• Support production timelines by completing tasks efficiently; jump in on urgent shipping or facility needs as they arise

What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience working with 80/20 aluminum extrusion systems (this role is not entry-level)
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical schematics
• Familiarity with pneumatic valve manifolds and harness assemblies (strongly preferred)
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus
• 1–3 years of mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience

Hours: Full-Time, on-site in Tampa
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
