Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Clearwater, FL (33765)
Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Work Environment: Air-conditioned warehouse

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves receiving, inventory control, shipping, and material handling while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound materials by unloading trucks, inspecting items, resolving discrepancies, labeling boxes, and placing materials in designated locations

• Move materials to and from production or staging areas as needed

• Perform inventory control tasks, including cycle counts, material transfers, and kitting

• Pick, stage, inspect, wrap, and load outbound shipments to ensure accurate and on-time delivery

• Operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and electric pallet jacks

• Use handheld scanners and tablets to process tasks, scan barcodes, and document materials

• Follow on-screen instructions and troubleshoot basic issues

• Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS)

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times

Requirements

• Box truck driving experience required with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, push, pull, and reach throughout the shift

• Comfortable using carts, dollies, and other material-handling equipment

• Ability to work at heights (up to 40 feet) and on mezzanines when required

• Commitment to following safety, quality, and productivity standards

Preferred Skills

• Prior warehouse or distribution experience

• Forklift or PIT experience
