Architect Design Firm is searching for a Business Unit Leader for their Specialty Services division.  This division is responsible for facility assessments, energy & Sustainability audits, capital planning, building commissioning, Post Occupancy evaluation and other services to assist clients to maximize the value and effectiveness of their built environment. 

The strategy for this newly created position is to lead our Business Development to clients so this architect/engineering/design firm can provide full client wrap around services by performing assessments.  This will lead to master planning, renovations, maintenance and design projects.
