Job Description

Program Architect

We are the prime manufacturer in the Design Manufacture Construct (DMC) system; we manufacture large building chunks that can transported and assembled on site into complex buildings quickly. We have 350 employees, eleven production lines and significant growth through 2021.

DMC is a building delivery system that uses design to leverage manufacturing productivity so that construction is simple. Its goal is to make buildings twice as good, twice as fast, and with twice the value of those made by anyone, anywhere – 2x2x2. For those motivated to play a part in that change, this is an exciting time. Program As a Project Architect, you will work with project teams in a dynamic, rapid-growth work environment with bright and talented engineers, architects, designers, builders, crafters and manufacturers. From desk to factory floor to job sites and client meetings, you will be challenged to develop your skills in a new field, taking a critical role in project delivery via the DMC methodology.

Responsibilities include:

  • Participation in design and documentation phases of building projects
  • Development of Permit Sets, sketches and other documentation during manufacturing and construction phases
  • Working with lead Architects to support projects during permitting and construction phases
  • Coordination with outside vendors and consultants in building development and problem solving efforts
  • Coordination of vendor supplied parts and material for incorporation into building manufacture and construction
  • Development of site plan designs for prototype building projects
  • working with a dynamic, motivated team that is breaking new ground in architecture and construction

Applicants should be prepared to share a work portfolio and demonstrate Job Qualifications as follows:

  • Accredited degree in Architecture or related field up 5+
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Very strong proficiency with Revit
  • Interest in modular construction and digital fabrication processes
